\\HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT COST?

The event is completely free to students and parents! 

 

\\WHERE IS THE SIGMA YOUTH SYMPOSIUM BEING HELD?

The event is being held at the University of Southern California. USC's Viterbi School of Engineering was so gracious as to partner with us and provide facilities for the Symposium. Registration will begin promptly at 8:30 am in Olin Hall of Engineering Room 122 (OHE 122). Other workshops will be held in Ronald Tutor Hall (RTH). There will be volunteers to help guide students and parents to the correct rooms. Click here for a map of USC.

\\WHAT ARE THE AGES OF STUDENTS THAT CAN ATTEND?

The event is for students attending middle school and high school.

 

\\WHAT TIME DOES THE SIGMA YOUTH SYMPOSIUM START?

Registration begins promptly at 8:30 am and the Youth Symposium will commence at 9:00 am. It is recommended that you arrive early to secure parking, arrive at the Olin Hall of Engineering, register take advantage of breakfast and get settled in your seat so you don't miss any of the excitement!

 

\\WILL FOOD BE SERVED?

Breakfast and lunch will be served to all those who RSVP for the event.

 

\\CAN PARENTS STAY FOR THE SYMPOSIUM?

Yes! We will have parent workshops that run concurrently to the student workshops. Please be sure to register yourself and your child(ren) via Eventbrite here.

 

\\WHAT ABOUT PARKING OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?

You can park on USC's campus for a fee of $12. The closest parking structure to Olin Hall can be accessed by entering USC's campus through Gate 6, located at Vermont and 36th. There may also be street parking available. In addition, you may also opt to take the Metro Expo Line, which has stops very convenient to the campus. Click here for Metro Line details.
